I'm trying to drink more water...

Because I'm doing the Cellulase Gold Pearls Treatment, I need to drink a lot of water. It's super hard for me to drink water. I only drink water when I'm feeling thirsty. And I really need to make myself drink water. Like literally shove it down my throat. This is my current technique: I have a 0.75lt bottle and my goal is to drink two bottles before lunch, and two bottles after lunch. So I set up a couple of alarms on my phone -- one like midmorning and one midafternoon. And by the time my alarm goes on, if my bottle isn't empty I'll just chug whatever is left in the bottle. Some days is only a sip, other days is the full bottle. But I really need to drink all this water.


I've been carrying a water bottle with me anywhere I go, so I don't have excuses. And I've been trying to alternate between regular water and sparkling water. I know a lot of you don't like sparkling water, but I personally like it. I like the bubbles.

Oh and since I'm not used to drink this much water, I have to pee every 30 min. It's so annoying.

  5. It's a great idea to carry water with you when you are out and about. Drinking more water can be tough but definitely is important!

  9. I have a little back pain now, seems to go away most of the time when I stay hydrated. I always have soda with food, but I always drink water when not eating.

  14. Eu logo que me levanto bebo meio litro. Quem tem problemas renais tem de beber muita água, bebo mais de 1.5l todos os dias, claro no inverno faço chá, mas no verão chegam a ser 2.5l.

    Mas de facto faz bem beber água, mas para mim 0.75 por dia já é muito xD
