On my last trip to Lush, they were out of my regular Shampoo Bar, and I decided to that this time I was going to try a new bar. I asked the sales girl and she suggested I try this one -- Seanik.
This beautiful blue bar has plenty of ingredients to soften and revitalize your hair. First up, there's a ton of nori seaweed (yup, like the ones you eat on sushi!) packed into each bar, which is rich in protein and helps to strengthen hair and make it silky soft in both look and feel. It has lemon that helps with natural shine, without making it look greasy or oily. And Salt! This shampoo bar has a ton of salt, which helps with volume and grease control.
I found it great for summer, specially because it has a very tropical, beach-y smell because of all the seaweed, lemon and jasmine essential oil. Unfortunately, the smell doesn't really linger around. But you get that beach hair feeling, without the dryness. It gives you some extra volume at the roost, without being too much volume. But since it does contain a lot of salt, this is not appropriate for you if you wash you hair every day.
I really, really, like it.
