What Really Grinds My Gears| Adele's New Song

Adele's new song, Hello, Every time I hear it, I get goose bumps. And it makes me so emotional and sad. It is an amazing song. So dramatic and deep. It makes me feel so vulnerable. I don't like that.

Review [Youzz] | Parodontax Extra Fresh Toothpaste

Hello Hello! So today is review day YEEY! Youzz sent me -- about two weeks ago -- this toothpaste to try it and review it. I've been trying it out, and now you can read it all about it !

If you want to receive different types of products to try, sign up to Youzz! To get selected to try out products you just need to answer some questions -- it's super fast, 5 minuts tops. And they also usually choose people with a Facebook page or a blogs that can share there opinion online. I if you decide to sign in, please use add my code [codigo de convite] oHGX86Mu5N, and we'll both get extra points on our accounts!

This product, actually came in a very good time.. I have been going to the dentist once a week for the last three weeks because I have had  a cavity. I also went to a Dental Hygienist to get my teeth clean and she actually recommended me to use this particular toothpaste! It's awesome that I got a sample for free! So I decided to do this properly and really try it out. They sent me Parodontax Extra Fresh Toothpaste. It is supposed to help if your gums bleed when you brush your teeth.

So in the mail I received this super cute small tube of toothpaste -- I think miniature product samples are just adorable lol --  and a nice flyer.

First I have to tell you --  I think this flyer is super eye-catching and super original! Look at it! The picture of the bloody foam on the bottom of the sink is just on point!
And also, inside it gives you a bunch of information, not only about the toothpaste it self, but actually just basic dental hygiene stuff that. I found that very interesting -- although I already knew most of the stuff. Actually a friend of saw this on my table and she was reading what the flyer said and she was like  just saying that she didn't knew that stuff! For example, it explains how you should brush your teeth, step by step! I know that talking about the flyer is not exactly the point here, but I just wanted to say this.

OK, now for the actually review of the product.
The first thing that stroke me is the smell and the color. It smells very fresh and minty. It's really nice. And the color is kinda of strange -- or not exactly like what would I would expect for a toothpaste. We are used to see white toothpaste, or bright blue. And this one is like a pale pink

Another thing that is different about it is the taste --  and they do warn you about this in the flyer. It is not anything like other toothpastes. It is salty. And again, your brain is just not expecting this flavor. to be honest that's what I felt when I put it on my mouth. I was like "wow that's weird".  But it's not bad. it's just different and unexpected. They say you get used to the taste after 14 days and that is totally true. Even faster. Also, it leaves a very nice fresh taste on your mouth. I like that very much.

And I've red a lot of the reviews that were already posted on Youzz, and most of the people said that it tasted really really bad. But I've also seen a lot of pictures, and people always put way to much toothpaste on to their brush! You really only need like the size of a pea.

About the "efficiency" of the toothpaste, I can't really say anything about it so far. But as I said, my doctor recommended me this exact toothpaste, so i guess it should be doing what is supposed to!

Overall, I like it! It's a good product and I think i will actually use it regularly. I checked the price, and a tube costs around 8€. It is kinda pricy for toothpaste but hey, we all should take good care of our teeth, so I think it's worth it :)

I hope you enjoyed my review! And also let me know in the comments if you have tried this product! And also let me know of any cool stuff that you think I might like =)

My Week #10 | My month

Hello!  How are you all?
It has been almost a month -- yep a month -- since I've shown you one of my weeks. But the truth is I have been super super super busy at work, and I haven't had time for any fun activities. I din't even make anything special for Halloween :(
But I today I am going to show you some of the stuff I've done in -- the past month!

Let's start with breakfast. Bread here is awesome here. And I have been eating toast with cheese or ham in the morning. I can't find my favorite cereals here in Portugal. And since I am going to be here for the next couple of months, I had to find out something else wonderful to eat. So I have been eating Corn-Bread for breakfast. Yumms! And Chocolate milk. I work right next to a Starbucks now -- I can see it from my window. So I prefer having Starbucks to home-made coffee -- Who doesn't love Starbucks?!

For the fist time in my life I've tried KFC. I was reluctant to trying it out. You know I am a bit peaky with food, specially meat. But this is just fried chicken, so my friends convinced me and I gave it a try. We ordered a Bucket of Chicken Tenders, and I really liked it. It is waaaaay better than chicken nuggets --  if you could ever compare them -- nuggets are like completely processed food. But this chicken tenders are actually pieces of chicken breast, super moist and super yummy. It also came with grilled corn on the cob! That was also super good!

Also, Youzz sent me a tooth-past to try. It actually came in a good time, because I've been going to the dentist and doing some treatments. And this is actually useful to me! I will be posting my review really really soon!

You don't know what Youzz is? It is a website that you sign up and you get to try all different products and review them. It is great if you have a blog your a facebook page because you can share your opinion on those platforms. If you decide to sign up, please use my link or please put my code (Codigo de Convite: oHGX86mU5N) we'll both get points from doing this and points are important for us to get select to try out new (and free) stuff!

I also bought a mattifying nail polish. You know how matte nails are so trendy right now? I don't want to buy a tone of matte nail polishes just to try them out. So I bought from KIKO the 3in1 Mat Top Coat. Maybe i'll make a post about it. It is pretty cool. It makes any nail-polish matte. And I think it looks great on red nail polish. So far is my favorite combination. What do you think? Please excuse my lack of perfection when painting my nails.

And to finish --  CHRISMAS IS COMING! Christmas is my favorite season/celebration of the year. And I'll be doing a gigantic Christmas Gieaway :D That will include candy, of course!

This is all that I had to show you! I wish you all a great week :)
